| 1. The first school of the following day is responsible for locating housing for both officers for the evening. To keep costs to a minimum, arranging night housing is critical. |
| Homes are preferable to hotels, since the officers get plenty of hotel time during the year. Please let your host families know that entertaining the officers is not absolutely necessary. |
| No doubt, they will be friendly and visit with host family members, some times they just need a good night’s rest. Home cooked meals are always appreciated. |
| 2. Scheduling evening activities is acceptable, but please do not overload the week with them. (As a general rule, no more than two.) |
| 3. Please make sure that scheduled schools are prepared to utilize the officer traveling team appropriately. |
| 4. Please note city name along with chapter name if the chapter name is not the name of the city where the chapter is located. |
| 5. Neither the state office nor the officers will preempt this schedule without making every effort to notify the area travel coordinator |
